Our primary shipper is the United States Postal Service (USPS).
USPS will email you tracking information when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your order within our standard "Shipping Time", please contact us and we can work with USPS. Orders within the US can be shipped with or without insurance. If an insured order is damaged or lost, the customer can file an online claim with USPS and receive a refund. However, if an uninsured order is lost or damaged, it is the full responsibility of the customer and USPS or TGC is not liable.
Value Added Taxes (VAT) may exist on certain international orders. These fees must be paid by the customer as TGC is not responsible for these costs. In addition, TGC cannot legally mark orders as "gifts" under current tax laws.
Important: USPS International orders are not insured. If the package is lost or damaged during shipping, TGC is not responsible for replacing the product. We are working on a way to provide an insured method but USPS automated shipping calculators do not currently support it.
