Description

Create your own pentagon chits with these custom small punchout templates.

Item Items Per Slug Cut Length Cut Cost Finished Chit Dimensions (W x H)
Large Pentagon Chit 8 30.214" $0.26 1.00" x 0.95"

Template Details

  • Black Solid Line: Edge line.
    • The edge of the template for a single chit.
  • Red Solid Line: Trim line.
    • The actual cut line of the chit.
  • Blue Dashed Line: Safe zone.
    • Do not place any important text/images beyond this line as they have the potential to be trimmed due to drift.
  • Grey Background: Bleed zone.
    • Extend any artwork/color to the edge line (covering the grey) to ensure that your design covers the entire chit if there is drift.

Instructions

Use LargePentagonChit_Template.png and/or LargePentagonChit_Overlay.png to design your chits.

  • Use the same files when creating the backs of the chits.

Alternatively, you can use LargePentagonChit_TemplateSingle.png and/or LargePentagonChit_OverlaySingle.png to design the chits individually and then arrange them into the template file in the correct positions.

  • The zip file contains a Photoshop template file with guides for positioning the single templates.

Finally, upload your designs along with LargePentagonChit_CutPath.svg (found in LargePentagonChit_CutPath.zip) and proof to make sure everything lines up correctly.

Important

When creating the backs for custom punchout templates, the top left chit of the front is the top right chit of the back.
