The Game

Spy Showdown is a fast-paced 1v1 strategy game where players take turns simultaneously to move around the office searching for 3 objectives before making their escape. While on the hunt, however, players will set traps for their opponent, and use other items discovered throughout the map to help them with their mission, and hinder their opponent.

How It's Played

The game is played in rounds comprised a planning phase, an activation phase of 4 turns, and a resupply phase where they will be able to get more items to hopefully give them the upper hand.

As Players move around the map, the may find themselves in the same room as their opponent! In which case, a mini-game called a Brawl begins where both players clash with whatever weapons they have to overpower their opponent

How It's Won

The Game, like many others, has a winner and a loser. BUT! UNLIKE some games, this game can also have two losers.

So how do you come back to your spy agency victorious? And what unfortunate circumstances would lead you to returning in shame? Well, there are 3 possible outcomes:

1. If a player collects all three objective cards and reaches an exit, they win immediately.

2. If a player loses their last life, their opponent wins immediately.

3. If the last item card has been drawn from the item deck, finish resolving the current actions. Do NOT finish the round. Both players lose and the player with the most objective cards loses the least.
