All slugs will be shipped with paper backing to prevent the unprinted side from being scratched. The price of custom cuts is directly impacted on how well your SVG file is optimized for cutting. No bleed on acrylic shapes, so you have to provide your own. Keep your cut lines inside the safe zone. Small parts are likely to be lost unless you keep them attached to the acrylic via ties. See Printing with White Ink for more information about white color and transparency. For clean printing and etching, it is important to have a high-quality PNG image with no jpeg artifacts and minimal anti-aliasing.
Laser cut items will have a slight amount of soot around the edges, which can easily be wiped off; and will have a campfire smell for about a week after you open them.
