Rules 64/80

Structure 7/9

The rulebook is organized, and includes a table of contents.

Requirements 3/3

Listed on the cover.

Introduction 2/3

Not sure naming the attacks in the introduction adds much. Otherwise the introduction is evocative. "Speedometer" is misspelled "Speedomoter" on page 2.

Overview 2/3

Included in the introduction.

Component List 4/5

The list is complete; however, I cannot find a use for the Penelope Rocket and Dodge Sniper cards. Are these the popmatic decks? They are not referenced by name in page 13.

Component Pictures 2/3

Although most of these are shown in the setup pages, they take a bit to find.

Setup 10/10

What is the rounded rectangle (covered with debris) on the bottom right of the board used for? It's not obvious.

Setup Pictures 5/7

The Power card labelled C on the top of page 3 has different proportions than the one in the middle of the board. This might confuse some players.
Consider putting borders around the +3, +4, and +5 circles on the speedometer to emphasize that these are tokens.

Game Play 10/15

The section "Game End and Winning the Race" on page 9 needs to come after the "Sponsor Tokens" section on page 13. The use and effect of sponsorship tokens and power-up cards is too central to your gameplay mechanic to list as an appendix to the main rules.

Game Play Pictures 5/7

Very good overall. Have you considered putting the word "Target" at the start of the yellow text on the Power-up cards?

End Point 6/6

Tie-breakers and borderline cases are covered very well.

Overall Comprehension 3/4

You've come a long way here.
Consider specifically describing PopMatic cards as AI cards when you first refer to them.

Clarity 3/3

Except for the minor notes above, the clarity is markedly improved.

Presentation 2/2

Black text on a grass-green background can be hard to read at smaller font sizes. Have you tried making the background a much paler, pastel green?
The "Speed Limit' page numbers are cute, but potentially confusing. How about 'PAGE NUMBER' in the same font as the SPEED LIMIT words?

Shop Presentation 17/20

Ad 2/3

Be careful - sometimes you call them PopKarts, and sometimes Popkarts (without the uppercase K). Also, including the exclamation point in the body test can be confusing. Consider leaving the exclamation point out of the title in the body text.

Backdrop 1/1

Delightful chaos reigns in the backdrop, with flat-cel graphics.

Logo 1/1

I might have left the duplicated graphic elements off of the title in this case.

Action Shots 5/5

The varying angles, highlighting all the components, are extremely well done. Think about putting a white sheet over the windows to reduce reflected glare and the distraction of the window blinds.

Description 4/5

Speedometer is misspelled Speedomoter.
Think about commas after "during play", "3 Blind Mice", and "Rocket Launcher".

Video 4/5

The main video needs to have 2019 replaced with 2021. (don't worry - my first published game took 7 years after the contract was signed). To get from "good" to exceptional, consider edits with closeups, and some public-domain music for the intro. incompetech.com has lots of free-to use superb music clips.
