Steps 2 and 3 are not really different steps of a standard turn; they are optional paths depending on the situation. I would label these 2A and 2B.
Step 1: "If you play your Power Card, you can draw a new one from the pile to replace it immediately or when your turn ends": Decide which it will be and make that the rule. It probably makes sense to do it at the end since that step is to ensure you have 2 cards.
Step 2: "To get to the Pile and reveal a Dung Ball Token, reveal one card on your turn until you get a total of 3 or more distance points.": This sentence is confusing. You've already given the instruction to reveal a card. Don't restate it. Something like "If the total of your revealed cards is 3 or more, you've reached the dung pile" would be better.
Step 3: Ditto. Also, it was a little confusing that rollin'/stashing are named as two things but only take one set of cards to complete. (At first I thought you need to roll back to the burrow and then flip more cards to stash.)
Step 4: As part of the last step, I would add to check for a win. I assume that the game ends immediately if you get to 5 or more points.
Beetle Battle: "Battling can be done only if you are DASHIN'": Battles can only be initiated when you are dashin'. The target can be rollin'.
Step 1-3: All of this seems extra verbose. The Beetle Battle is just a power card, so it follows the standard rules, (play one per turn, play it and discard it.)
"The beetle that lands on it’s feet wins the round. “Best 2 of 3” rounds wins.": This description isn't adequate. What if both land on their feet on the first round? Is that considered a win for both so the second flip determines the winner? It seems like there are going to be a lot of ties.
If you are battled against: Loser: "If you were battled against and lose, you lose ALL your Dung Balls to the other player’s Burrow": Surely you only mean the ones you were rolling, not the ones you already had stashed?
Champ o the Heap: "The “Champ o the Heap” Power Card is different from the “Tractor Beetle” card." Why does this need to be said?
Multi-Beetle: So this lets you break the rule of one power card per turn but you still can't do two battles? Can you do a Beetle Battle and Champ o' the Heap?
