Break It Up A Notch

Welcome to the Breakdance World Finals!

You and the other crews will face off to see who can best win over the crowd and claim the title.

A game of Break It Up A Notch consists of four rounds, each of which is composed of two phases:

1. Battle Phase: All crews will roll their meeples simultaneously to complete as many Routines as they can within a minute.

Only meeples that have landed in one of the three upright stances can be placed on a Routine, and when all stances have been filled a cube may be placed for scoring Crowd Appeal.

2. Remix Phase: After the round has ended and crews have added up their Crowd Appeal on the track, they will add a new Routine to their repertoire.

The crew that scored the least in the round will get to pick from a market of # of players + 1 first.

Crews may only have three Routines and one Rally card in any given round, which means in future Remix phases they will have to swap an old one for something new.

Time is reset and crews continue battling and remixing for three more rounds until a winner is crowned by the highest Crowd Appeal!
