All of the Crowd Sale copies of Telepathic have now shipped. If you haven't received yours, please let us know!
Over the last few months we have continued playtesting the game, and we noticed a few areas that players often did not understand as intended. For this reason we have redesigned the action cards. The arrows are more visible, and the rotate actions more clearly emphasize where they can be used. We updated the manual with the new card images, and updated some other text to address frequently asked questions. However, the gameplay is exactly the same as in the game you received from the crowd sale. You can download the version 1.1. rulebook here.
Thank you again for participating in the Telepathic crowd sale. I hope you have as much fun playing the game as we had creating it.

Predicting the future is hard. The mystical ability to see into the future is called "precognition". It's like being Telepathic, but different.
Based on The Game Crafter's production status in October, we estimated that a crowd sale that ended then would print and ship in plenty of time for Christmas. But a lot of factors can affect production speed and estimated ship dates. Tavis explains some of them here:
When you helped us place an order for 116 copies of Telepathic, that was amazing. But that's a big order, and bigger orders take longer to get printed. That's the bad news.
Here's the good news: Our crowd sale order is printing right now. You can check the status of your order under your Game Crafter account to see where your order is in the queue and when they expect to ship it. With shipping conditions this time of year, we still can't promise you'll get your copy for Christmas, but it's gonna be close.
Thanks again for participating in this event. I'm excited about getting this game into your hands and hearing how your games go. We hope 2019 has been good to you, and 2020 will be even better.

Seriously, thank you so much for buying this game. It is always a delight to me to watch people playing this game: squirming in their seats as they try to decide what to do, looking perplexed at the action their partner gave them, and the AH-HA! moment when it clicks together. (Or the post-game analysis and good-natured recriminations when it doesn't!) I'm excited at the prospect of getting this game into your hands so you can enjoy it too.

PS: Don't forget to add Telepathic to your game collection on BoardGameGeek, if you do that sort of thing! Here's the link: Telepathic

It's the 7th day of the Telepathic crowd sale and we're at 68 copies! That's 2/3 of the way to a whopping 41% discount of $10! (And only 2 copies away from a $7 discount!)
If you know me, you know I'm in the last semester of a masters degree in human-computer interaction, aka user experience design. I've shopped Telepathic to a few publishers, but I decided to self-publish and sell it this semester as a project to add to my portfolio (see https://ckixd.com). So my goals for the sale are as follows:
I've learned a lot in the process of turning this idea into a product, and I'm still learning. Thanks for helping me along the way.
If you know someone that might enjoy a small puzzly cooperative game, please tell them about this sale before it ends on October 30th. You'll be doing a favor for them, for me, and for yourself: Win-Win-Win! Let's see if we can get to 100 copies at a $10 discount! Thanks again!
-Carl
PS: And hey, if you know anybody who might soon be looking for a UX designer / analyst / programmer who loves cooperative games, let me know, okay? Thanks!
It's day 5, halfway through the crowd sale, and we're at 49 copies sold! With one more purchase, the price will go down to $5 off the MSRP. And we're on track for selling 100 copies in 10 days, for $10 off!
Thanks so much to all of you who are spreading the word!
Thanks also to whoever started the Board Game Geek page! You can see it here and like / subscribe! Telepathic

Wow! Only day 3 and we are up to 38 sales! People are talking about Telepathic on Twitter, which I really appreciate, because I think I've written about five tweets in my life: thank you!
And someone has started a page for Telepathic on BoardGameGeek! Thanks for that too! I'll get up there soon to add more details, after we get home tomorrow from our trip to Protospiel Madison.
Thank you again for your support!

Woohoo! You people are awesome. The sale has been running for less than two days and we're already at 26 sales, over 1/4 of the way to dropping the price per copy below $15! I see that some of you have already promoted the game on Facebook as well, thank you so much! I'm so excited to get this game into more people's hands to enjoy it together.
If you can think of other people who might be interested in the game, please spread the word! And if you have suggestions for other ways that we can promote the game, please let us know. Thank you!
