Template for 1.25\" Mini Hexes [Custom Large Punchout]

This template can be used to create a large punchout for 40 hexes at once. Hex size is equal to one mini hex (1.25 x 1.08 x 0.07 in).

In this cut file, individual components share some cut lines. This pattern will create a large punchout with optimized cut lines. Cut costs are approximately $0.50 less than purchasing 40 individual standard mini-hexes, saving costs in your final product!

Notes:

• Because some cut lines are shared, I added additional nibs. Each hex has at least 3 attachment points.

• Also because cut lines are shared, it is good practice to include a solid color border around each hex to avoid drift. Adjoining hexes may want to have the same color border.
