Using the little dwarf meeple place it on the Centuries (100-1,000) and on the Quarters (0-75) place a cube on the corresponding values to equal the total of your Beard.
Not found in the BASIC or KICKSTARTER edition, this is the only place to get it. Includes solo rule reminders too!
