After the Fall

It spread virulently. It killed mercilessly. Nobody knows where "the Death" came from, but within days millions were dead; within weeks it was billions. The few survivors gathered supplies and staked out territories hoping to stay alive. Luckily, (perhaps) you are one of these survivors. Your goal is to collect enough resources and build up enough self-sufficiency to make it through the impending winter. Can you survive after the fall?

Overview
Each player has established a home base and has a colony of six people. Players take turns allocating workers to scavenge different areas, get plans from the library, or stay home to complete projects.

Maybe you'll find some mushrooms at the farmstead or energy drinks in the subdivision. Collect items like the shopping cart and syphon to make your scavenging more efficient. Find tools like the circular saw and backhoe, and building will be easier. Maybe you can focus on farm animals to provide your food while you work on digging a well. With 75 scavenging cards and 19 plans the possibilities are immense!

After all workers have been assigned, completed projects produce resources. Then food and water are consumed, and an increasing amount of heat is required. Hopefully you'll have enough to survive.

** Warning ** The post-apocalypse is harsh! It will be a matter of when, not if, your people will begin to die off. The challenge is in staying as healthy as possible given the situation.

The game takes place over the course of five rounds plus an additional scoring round. The player with the most survivors with the most wellness is deemed the winner.
