Agility prepares teachers for the challenges that emerge as learning unfolds. Our game begins when an unexpected event occurs during a 45-minute lesson. Each player uses THEN cards to plan a response to the challenge. The team chooses one plan to maximize learning for all students. SO cards reveal how much learning students gained from the plan. Like real classrooms, not all students benefit from every teaching plan. As fewer minutes remain in the lesson, players need to use the THEN cards that will move students the furthest.
