Agility Magic Boxed Game

A quick and highly effective intervention to explore the language, behaviours and mindsets that are driving a group or organisation in 15 to 45 minute, it all depends on how deep you want to go.

Use on a 1:1 basis or with groups or teams to rapidly establish:

• where you are now
• what the group or organisation might look like as it starts to make changes
• how and where to start

Ideally, allow one set of 25 cards per person to run the intervention, but can be done in small groups. Having multiple sets allows more flexibility to compare and discuss insights. This boxed game comes with 1 Deck of cards, and a deck contains 2 sets of 25 cards (this means 2 people could be working concurrently as they explore either a different or the same organisation)

An ideal precursor to the Agility Gears intervention or the Navigating Collaboration resources.

A safe and accessible way to introduce the topic of mindsets, and how they influence our thoughts, language, actions, decision - making and response to change.
