In Apprendice you take the role of an apprentice at the famous Abnormal Academy. Everything an adventurer needs to know can be learned from its huge library and brilliant tutors. A lot of it is tedious research and lots of paperwork. But every now and then, a trial comes up. A trial to test your abilities and gather some first hand experience. And while that is a great relief from sitting at a desk, many apprentices learn quickly, that the Curriculum Council has no qualms about putting them in real danger. However, should you be succesfull, that’s the next step to... more dangerous trials and even more danger? Well yes, but also, eventually, the end of your apprenticeship.

Apprendice is a fast paced cooperative deck building game where you work together, trying to beat the game. A game of Apprendice is played over the course of several attempts at passing the trial. Every attempt will leave you stronger than before, but also brings new challenges. The goal is to solve the different parts of the trial, reveal the boss and defeat it before you’ve lost 4 attempts.
