Are You an Alien?

Another game based on Mafia.

You are the crew of a spaceship - well, most of you are. There are aliens among you. During the day the crew tries to decide who is an alien and kills them. During the night the alien tries to kill a crew member.

But those pesky humans don't always die so easily (even when the rest of the crew is shooting them with death rays). Don't give up hope, dear alien, alien DNA being what it is there is a chance that someone who survived your attack might turn into an ally. Now there are two aliens to deal with... or is that three?

Ever play "Are You a Werewolf" by Looney Labs? It's a great game, except that the first time I played it I was killed very shortly because the rest of the group all knew each other and wanted the odd man out. That part of the experience really stunk. This game is my attempt to correct that instant death to new players problem; otherwise it is largely based on "Are You a Werewolf" (with permission - thanks Looney Labs) only with the extra game mechanic added to keep people from dying too quickly.
