Bifrost: The Viking Party Game. It's about Vikings, party and prank friends! What more do you need!?
It's a Party Game for 2 to 10 players. The basic mechanics are inspired on the classic spoon's game however, elaborated with draw, discard and card stealing dynamics. The entire game was created with the premise of attempting to be the most faithful as possible to the whole Nordic culture, religion and mythology. The idea of creating this game occurred due the great number of games who utilize this rich culture and mythology, including the runes, but without any kind of studies or coherence with it. Since it's a party game, the goal of the game is not only win, but also to not lose...
The game 'turn' has 4 parts. First, you will receive a card from the previous player. Then, you can use a rune, viking, artifact or special card. You have to pass a card to the next player, and complete your hand until you have five cards.
The objective of the game is to get 5 different gods in your hand. Having the card of a God in your hand means that the player has been recognized by that God. When you have the 5 Gods' cards, you should put your cards face-up on the table. The other players should do the same thing, always in the most discreet way. The person to put their cards on the table last, is the loser.
