Description
In the land of Solus, the king has grown old and irresponsible. Fueled by delirium, he allows his kingdom to spiral into decay. Something must be done. As one of the great noble families, this responsibility falls to you. But the king still wields great power, bolstered by the support of the high council and allies in foreign lands. If you are to be victorious, if you are to overthrow the king, you’ll need to secure the help of others in power.
Blood of the King is a competitive roll & write for 1 - 4 players. It combines elements of engine building with a roll & write mechanic. Incredibly fast to explain, a typical game lasts between 30 - 45 minutes, but offers a surprising amount of strategy and depth.
