Description
Every moment counts. As a king, you are surrounded by peasants barely able to defend themselves. Each turn presents an option, and requires a decision.
You may throw your soldiers into battle, you may spend your time training and equipping them to be combat ready, or you may focus on your own martial training to be a harder target for the enemy to take down. Will you ensure your troops are strong, control the battlefield, or decimate your enemy's forces?
Boon is a board based game where the pieces "rank up" to have different movement and combat abilities. The pieces are represented by dice which can be evolved through six ranks. Similar to chess, the goal of the game is to move, gain advantage, capture your opponent's pieces, and eventually capture the opposing king.
A strategy game with a constantly changing structure, it provides a incredible level of strategic challenge, with very few rules to learn.
