You’ve embarked on an expedition, trekked deep within the ancient temple, and triggered the boulder trap set by those intent on keeping the temple’s treasures safe. As the boulder rolls toward you, you must conquer your fear and dash toward the temple exit while avoiding or disabling the traps along your path. Escape alive to complete the expedition. Amass enough artifacts to secure your place as an archeological hero or get flattened trying!

In Boulder, you and your partner are members of an archaeological exploration team. You must escape the temple with artifacts by playing cards to move, deal with traps, and overcome your fears. Gain new, more powerful cards along the way to help you and your team escape. Complete multiple expeditions to build your collection of artifacts. The game can be played 2-player cooperative or 1-player solo. The goal is to escape the temple after gaining 10 artifacts in total. All players lose if the boulder catches up to any player or if during play a player must draw a fear card but the fear deck is empty.
