In Braap! you draw your hand from two different decks, the tracks deck and the tricks deck. Tricks are color coated and can only be used on tracks of the same color. On your turn you strategically lay out your tracks to correspond to the tricks you have. Then move down the track one at a time, unless your trick allows you to move further.
Players set crowd cards along the track to cheer the racer along. If the racer does a trick in front of the crowd they get more cheer.
Players continue in this way building tracks, laying crowd cards, and doing tricks. By the end of the game each player totals how many style points they get for all their tricks. Then total all the cheer they get from the crowd, the player with the highest average total is the winner.
Beware: Other players can cause you to biff a trick and lose style or cheer. Also watch out for the cross track, it is an optional card that causes two players bikes to switch tracks. It becomes much more difficult when another player can't control the track under their bike.
