Build Well!: A gate way board game

Welcome to Build Well, a town just ready for expanding. You play a property developer looking to have the most influence in the town. Using secret planning and strategy you will try to score the most points by the end of the game. But be aware, the other developers are just as hungry and ready to back stab you at any moment.

Build Well! is a gateway area-control board game for 2-4 players. It offers a lot of player interaction and quick game play. Rounds will be very quick as each player has the same available set of actions they can take on a turn.

The game takes 10 minutes to explain and 20-30 minutes to play and is great for new players. There is a great "Take That" element that will hook friends and family to replay multiple times.

Players will have 5 Action cards and each round will select 2 secretly. Then starting with the first player one action will be revealed and that action will be taken going clockwise around the table. After the first action has been taken by all players; players will reveal their 2nd action starting with the last player and moving counter-clockwise around the table. The object of the game is to own the most land that scores the most points. There are many strategies to explore and no 2 games will be alike.
