We are focused on developing a game that helps spark your sexual creativity, using cards to gamify the challenges of working through sexual anxiety you might have. The first goal of this card game is to set a safe environment, allowing you to mutually set expectations and boundaries, of what you are willing to perform. The next goal is to help build sexual excitement. Key to these goals is lowering sexual anxiety. Sexual anxiety can come in many forms and since most sex games assume that you are already sexually excited, they are unhelpful in overcoming your apprehensions. You may be one of the 81% of us that are looking for ways to make their sex life more exciting but are nervous about how to begin. Its common to feel anxiety when attempting to establish sexual consent with a new partner or when trying to reestablish physical intimacy with a loved one. People experience sexual anxiety for many reasons such as trying to recover from a poor relationship, a long separation, medical change, a bad sexual experience and many other life challenges. Those experiencing anxiety may welcome a game that helps provide gradual steps to eroticism, intimacy, or even just in establishing comfortable boundaries. Whatever your reason for playing this game, adding healthy communication, in a safe and enjoyable way, will help you find added satisfaction with your sex life.

Playing a card game is not going to solve everyone's sexual anxieties. It can take work, often with a professional therapist. We can't pay for everyone's therapy bills. However, we can help ensure that everyone gets a sexual education. It is important for people to learn about ourselves, about others, and to respect our differences. SIECUS ( About Us - SIECUS ) is a non profit charity. SIECUS advances comprehensive sexuality education as a means of building a foundation for a long-term culture shift that will positively impact all levels of society, particularly issues of gender and racial equity, sexuality, sexual and reproductive health, consent, personal safety, and autonomy. We pledge to donate 10% of the profits to SIECUS. In the hope that as people learn about their sexuality, they will have less sexual anxieties sharing themselves with their partner.

We are first launching the game "Cards Beyond Abstinence" on KickStarter ( https://kickstarter.com ) on April 29th, 2020. The success or failure of the KickStarter campaign will help us identify the market for this type of game. If successful we plan to move forward to selling at conferences, brick and mortar stores, and online sales. Eventually producing new deck that help more people learn about their sexuality.
