Chakra Power Card Deck Instructions:

1. Shuffle your deck with the intention to receive inspiration as to which chakra needs strengthening at the moment.
2. Cut the deck and then take the top card, or randomly pull one from anywhere in the deck.
3. Read the word on the card as an “I am” statement. For instance, if you draw the Bold card, you say “I am bold.”
4. Focus on ways you can embody “bold” throughout the day.
5. Locate the chakra in your body, using the list inside the package if you aren’t familiar with their locations.
6. Imagine forming a ball of light in the color of the chakra (the same color as the card) and holding it in your hand.
7. See yourself placing that ball of light into your chakra to brighten and energize it, while repeating your word.
8. Repeat several times during the day.
