Colossi

Colossi: a great big game about building great big statues. You are a Lord of Grecoroma and you are building settlements in the Realms of the known world. The settlements allow Lords to collect resources from the lands that they inhabit. These resources can then be used to enhance the settlements, increase productivity, or build new settlements in other areas.

When a Lord has built a City, they can claim the realm by building a giant Colossus – a huge statue of bronze that towers over the countryside, establishing the Lord’s rule over the realm. When a Lord builds a Colossus, they may begin to tax the realm, or usher in a new era of prosperity.

Colossi is a worker placement game that enables players to build up small hamlets into great cities and build great Colossi to oversee the land. Building a colossus makes you the undisputed ruler of an area, allowing you to collect tribute or granting you a large bonus to your resource gathering.
