Conspirators

Dating back at least to the 1700's, this game pits you and your opponents in a race to sanctuaries at the edge of the board. Strategy comes into play during the initial phase when players get their pieces situated in the center of the board, and after when attempting to leap-frog each other on the way to victory. And there will be no draws in this game; there are more pieces than sanctuaries. Don't be the odd man out!
