Description
- Play the sport of cricket in a board game designed for fans to enjoy the action of the game.
- Game players create a batting order and a list of fast bowlers and spin bowlers for their teams at the start of the game using a list of skill levels for their individual figures.
- Team names and individual player names can be created and used to keep statistics as leagues and competitions are developed between game players.
- The game player whose team bat first places their opening two batsmen on the field in front of the wickets and the opposing game player places their figures around the cricket oval to prepare to field the game.
- The fielding team rolls dice for bowls with the batting team rolling dice for batting action.
- Runs are scored throughout the game and when the batting team’s inning is over, the opposing team goes into bat for their inning.
- Innings consist of 20 overs if required.
- Catches, run-outs, LBW’s, fours and sixes are also actioned throughout the game, bringing all the elements from the sport of cricket to the table top with Cricket with Dice.
