Cursed Ships!

INTRODUCTION

Cursed ships is an adventure game in which you must loot as
many cursed ships and ghost islands as possible before they disappear.

You can cooperate with or compete against other players to find treasure.
Depending on the game mode, you can win or lose respectively by obtaining or failing to obtain specific treasure, by running out of rum, or by time.

Cursed Ships! can be played from 1 to 4 players, featuring Single Player, Cooperative and Versus modes.

STORY

It had been a night of hail and thunder,
when the small tavern of Calavera Island became
the scenario of a most particular scene.

Crazy-eye Hammock, the most adventurous and
feared pirate of the nine archipelagos bursted in,
kicking the door open, which blasted against the wall.
His eyes were full of fear, but excitement as well.
Everybody had given him up for dead.
It had been almost two years since he had left to the
Devil’s Horn in search of the Treasure of the Damned.

“It’s happening!” – he shouted.
His scruffy appearance did not call the pirates’ attention, which matched his peers, but it was his countenance, and the object he held with a tight grip and shook in his hand.
Wet and filthy, smelling of dead fish and salty water, he raised his fist, holding a legendary treasure: the Wind Amulet.

That meant the legend was true: Every 100 years, after the last
hail of December and the first full moon, the ships of those swallowed by the sea appeared for a short time.

“It is happening!” – he insisted – “The sea is returning
the dead, and all their treasures with them,
come aboard , set sail to loot the Cursed Ships!”
