The Cold War. Two superpowers struggle for supremacy and influence in the new world order. Play as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), defending North America and Western Europe, or play as the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), securing your influence in the East. In this landscape of economic antagonism, technological arms races, proxy wars and diplomatic tension, you must sap your adversary of their power, all while avoiding full-blown war with disastrous consequences. Win before the defense readiness condition, DEFCON, reaches its lowest level, signaling total war and nuclear Armageddon.

DEFCON is a team role-based game, made for 2-6 players, where Military, Diplomatic, and Economic players of their respective teams seek to control their resources and deplete the adversary team's resources, but avoid full-blown war.
