Deluxe Filial Devotion - A Game of Heart

You’re a good person and just about to start on your noble journey. First, you will need to refine your virtues to get going. On the path to advance in your chosen area, you’ll try to complete milestones, influence effects, receive admiration, earn distinction, and mature your wisdom! How much will you accomplish and is it enough to achieve fulfillment in your life's course?

The goal of the game is to reach the highest level of Heart while collecting Fulfillment Points (FPs) along the way. At the end of the game, the player with the most Fulfillment Points (FPs) wins! Don't worry though - everyone accomplishes noble feats.

The deluxe game is comprised of 21 rounds. Each player takes one turn per round. (So, you have a total of 21 turns to see what you can accomplish!) There are four sections with 7 turns each so you have a chances to reflect and strategize your game plan.

Each turn consists of either drawing two cards or placing one card on it's corresponding row in order to build enough resources to gain the qualifications necessary to advance up the Milestones. of Heart.

The deluxe version includes an extra perk - the Filial Piety Benefit Cards. Plus, each player has a full size mat to place their cards. A few of the rules are different, the length of the game is longer, and there are a few other features that are a little different such as three denominations of credits, the virtue and effect credits are separated, and you have cards instead of arrows. Overall, the main theme of the game is the same.

Note: The 3 storage jars have been replaced with 3 Parts Bowls because the storage jars were discontinued.
