Departed Whispers 6000

Introduction:

This is an add-on to the Monopoly Deal card game. Must purchase separately.

Objective:

All players must get 3 different colored property sets to win the game.

How to play:

You don’t use actions anymore. Problem is, picking up from the whisper deck could cost you the game. Each time you place a card down, you must draw from the whisper deck. If all cards in hand (whisper cards) total past 21, game over (put all your cards in the deck and reshuffle).

Whisper deck:

All whisper cards have numbers on them. Put them in your hand when retrieved. At the end of each turn choose which card(s) to get rid of. You may only get rid of 1 card or a set of cards. Example: You have three pairs of 5 whisper cards. Discard all 3 cards from the same set at the end of your turn or choose to discard one card with a value of 12 on it. Discarding 3 cards with the number 5 on them equals a total value of 15, which is a better option then 12.
