Description
The object of Distinct 9 is to play the most chips (1 point each) on the 9 by 9 squared Game Board. Playing the 9th or last chip is called a “Distinct Row”, “Distinct Column” or “Distinct Region”.
If the player’s Numbered Tile completes 2 of the 3 possible combinations (for example: the Numbered Tile completes both a Row and Column) this is called a “Distinct Double” whereby that player receives double points (2 Player/Team Chips) for each square that does not already contain Player Chips from a previous turn.
A ‘Distinct Triple’ is when the Numbered Tile is the last tile for all 3 combinations: Row, Column, and Region. The player gets 3 points for each square. In theory, there is a possible 243 (81 squares x 3 points) points per game.
This game contains laser cut components. Laser cut items will have a slight amount of soot around the edges, which can easily be wiped off; and will have a campfire smell for about a week after you open them.
