Double Docker

You're a Docker docking cargo. Dock more of your own cargo than anyone else to double your score. But before you can do that, you have to decide how much you want to dock... and that's a lot harder than it sounds.

The key to the game is guessing how your opponents are going to play, then bidding on the number of actions to take each round. But the more actions you take, the later in each round you play.

You must balance quantity and quality while guessing how your opponents will do the same.
