Meet the designer

Dragon Crossing is a 2 player pvp, fantasy card game. Each player gets two castles and a team of dragons and has to conquer the land. The game is based on the "rock paper scissor" mechanic and has elements of strategy and chance.

First player to capture both of the opponent's castles, wins. If players run out of dragons in the pack, the player with most captured castles or most dragons on the table wins. If both players have the same number of castles captured and the same number of dragons, they both win

Game Rules

  • Choose which player begins - each player places one dragon on the table from fire, water, thunder and if they win they start the game; if they don't have any dragon of this type, they lose
  • Each round, each player draws an action cards, follows instructions, then draws cards from the deck to have at least 4 dragons on hand
  • For action cards that indicate to place dragons, you can place that max amount of dragons on the table
  • For action cards that indicate to recall dragons, you can recall max dragons anywhere from the table
  • After placing dragons, draw cards to have at least 4 in your hand
  • Dragons can be placed only next to the castle or next to another dragon from your deck
  • Dragons can be placed on any free spot
  • Fire dragons can destroy enemy thunder dragons and be placed on their spot
  • Water dragons can destroy enemy fire dragons and be placed on their spot
  • Thunder dragons can destroy enemy water dragons and be placed on their spot
  • Fire, water, thunder dragons can destroy enemy ghost and rainbow dragons
  • Fire, water, thunder dragons are the only ones who can capture enemy castles
  • Ghost and rainbow dragons can only be placed on empty spots
  • Ghost dragons do not count on how many dragons you have to place (if you draw the place 2 dragons action card, you can place the ghost dragon and 2 other dragons)
  • Rainbow dragons wipe out everything on the tiles that are on the same line or column as them (every dragon from the enemy team that is on the line on the left, right, up, or down is destroyed) as shown in the image below
  • Dragons that are destroyed are taken off the table and placed in a discard pile
  • After taking an action card, place it back into the action card deck and shuffle the deck
