Eldritch Kingdom is a Trading Card Game in which 2 players face off in a turn-based Duel using decks of 30-60 Cards with different traits and Effects. Players must use a combination of Combat and Spell Cards in order to stack up ATK (Attack) Points and build an Overall ATK value high enough to beat their enemy's, winning the round and, potentially, the Duel. Players can tailor their own decks, creating their own customized game strategy. To increase their Overall ATK, players must make use of Combat Cards (including Close, Ranged and Heavy Combat Cards) and Spell Cards (including Instant, Trap and Field Spell Cards).
Eldritch Kingdom takes place in a horrifying, ruined kingdom. It presents an original story and unique setting, told through several characters' points of view, deeply influenced by lovecraftian literature and mythos and inspired by other great TCGs.
Eldritch Kingdom's Chapter I: The Tombstone Citadel focuses on the events that transpired in the eponymous Citadel and led to its fall and the subsequent corruption and ruin of the Kingdom of Teneryll. Sir Julius, a member of the Citadel's Guard, narrates this first chapter in Eldritch Kingdom's story. He tells of a mysterious stone, fallen from the sky, crashing into the Citadel's grounds and the nightmarish occurrences that followed.
