Description

About Emberwatch

The town of Emberwatch has monsters quickly approaching and they need help! Emberwatch is promising riches and praise for those who can save them from their looming plight. Being the powerful summoner that you are this sounds like a simple task, however you’re not the only summoner to answer the call. Sharing money and fame isn’t exactly what you signed up for, so now you’ve got a battle to fight on two fronts. Summon minions and cast spells to defeat the invading monsters while keeping other summoners at bay, all while using the services Emberwatch offers to both enhance your own capabilities and destroy other’s minions.

Designer’s notes

I’ve designed this game with the purpose of bringing groups of people the playing experience of a trading card game while removing the barrier to entry. The rules are intended to be simple enough that any friends or family can pick up the game immediately and enjoy themselves, while providing a unique format that will challenge experienced players. I’ve also added a setup that provides a number of different configurations so that each game feels unique and players have an opportunity to adapt their strategy each game. I truly hope you enjoy it.
