There are great euro games, and some good war games. But what if we took those two concepts, and blended them together to create an awesome empire-building game?
I present to you, ladies and gentlemen,
Empires: Dawn of the Middle Ages!
You start off with a capital. You can then build in town or on the fields, gather resources to improve your empire, and explore the map with your starting military. After a few turns, you'll be well equipped to go out into the world and conquer more towns, upgrade your towns into cities, and drive your enemies before you.
Empires: Dawn of the Middle Ages is designed to be a fast-paced game. You can easily strategize and plan out what you're going to do for the next few turns, and the simple mechanics allow for rapid gameplay.
The versatility of this game allows for endless expansion packs. Any type of building, unit, map, theme, etc. can be easily adapted to the game's engine, literally making the sky the limit!
I urge you to jump on this bandwagon and be a part of something that could very well change the idea of war board games, and how they are played.
