You and four other Astronauts from the United States have become the first manned space mission to land on the planet Mars. For the past two months, you have been living in the Mars Habitat XP1 and exploring the Red Planet's surface.

During a recent excursion, Dr. Zombroski, the mission's Geologist, noticed a dark blue substance attached to a brick-sized rock. After closer examination in the Geo Lab, he discovered that embedded in the blue matter was a living alien organism! As Dr. Zombroski worked late into the night conducting further analysis, the organism leaped on his skin and entered his bloodstream! Within seconds, it began mutating the doctor into a flesh-eating Zombie! Before Dr. Zombroski lost his mental faculties, and as the crew slept, he sneaked through the Habitat to make certain that his food supply--you and the other three Astronauts-- would never leave Mars!

Dr Z inflicted irreparable damage to the Solar Grid which supplies electrical power to the Habitat. In less than ninety minutes the temperature inside the XP1 will drop to minus 100 degrees Fahrenheit!

Dr Z hid the crew's spacesuits that shield you from the Martian atmosphere, making it impossible for you to board the spacecraft. He damaged your Comm Links, and he secreted away five spaceship components that are crucial for liftoff!

You and your fellow Astronauts must work together to locate the missing spacecraft parts that will make your ship serviceable, find the spacesuits that will enable you to board the spacecraft, and solve the launch code that will ignite the ship's rockets! But beware! Dr Z, now a flesh eating Zombie, is in hot pursuit of you and each of you runs the risk of becoming Zombies yourselves!

You must accomplish your escape plan against tremendous odds and time is running out! The Habitat's electrical power is waning and you are being chased by the living dead! Time to ESCAPE FROM MARS!
