ESCAPE: The Card Game is fast-paced card game, combining the best qualities of some very popular games with a twist.
In ESCAPE: The Card Game, you and your friends will try to finish all the cards in you hand and your personal pile. First one to do so is ESCAPE Champion. You will play cards with increment value, plus cards with special abilities such as Skip & Explode. You must weave your way till the end. Only taking 15 mins to play through the whole game, you’ll be wanting to play a lot more.
ABOUT:
This game was designed by me, Edgar Luna,in my early years of high school and, with the help of my friends, it was quickly popularized by the students in my whole high school and now it’s coming to it to you.
CONTENTS:
52 High-quality Game cards
2 Rule cards
HOW TO PLAY:
SETUP:
To play ESCAPE: The Card Game, all you need is the 52-card deck.
After shuffling the deck, begin by giving each player 3 face down cards. These cards are to be set close but separately.
(They may NOT be looked at.)
After each player receives their face-down cards, give each player 6 additional cards. The remain cards are to be placed in the middle, this will be The Deck.
(These may be looked at.)
Each player then sets 3 cards face down, one card on top of each initial face-down card.
Once each player sets down there cards, you're ready to begin.
(First to set there 3 cards down, will be the Starting Player.)
PLAYER'S TURN:
Once everyone is ready, starting with the Starting Player, must play there turn in clockwise order.
Each player must play a card with a value equal or greater than the previous card played, or a card that can be played in special occasions. Multiple cards of the same value may be played. (The Starting Player may begin play with any card(s).)
After a player plays a card(s), he/she must then draw the following player in the clockwise order is next.
If a player cannot play a card(s) that is equal or greater than the previous card, then the current player MUST picked up all previously played cards.
Some cards may cause players to put the previously played cards in The Trash Pile, a separate stack of cards away of the Played Cards. These cards are not in play, and are not to be picked up.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Multiple decks may be combined to provide a larger game with up to 4 more people per deck added. Each deck can be used out of the box and be learned and played in a matter of minutes.
