The breeze settles and the leaves grow still. In the near distance - along the horizon - a worthy adversary. What brought upon this war has been forgotten over centuries of conflict and bloodshed.
All that's left is an insatiable yearn for destruction. All that matters is this victory.
Feint is a simple two-player game about decieving your opponent while carefully reading their every move.
Each player gets their own deck plus two "Hero Cards" to play with each round. A player's Hero Card can be one of four different classes and may also utilize one or two of the four "Elements" in the game. Each Element trumps another, but Heroes are hidden from your opponent until a round is ended.
There are two card types that are played throughout each round. "Action Cards" are used to sabotage your opponent and manipulate the playing field, while "Support Cards" directly increase your Hero's attack. Some support cards only affect your Hero's attack if the card's element matches that of your Hero's, revealing your hidden Hero's element to your opponent.
To come out on top, you must focus on strengthening the Hero at your disposal that you believe will fare better against your opponent's Hero. This may sound like an easy task, but you'd be surprised.
