This is not a complete game. To use this product you need to own either the Founding Fathers or Founding Fathers Green Edition board game.
If you ordered your Founding Fathers game after August 13, 2019, you have no need of this product. You already have these rules.
Otherwise, this is a new edition of the Founding Fathers rules booklet. It incorporates all the items that were in the FAQ as of August 13, 2019.
In addition there are wording improvements in many rules sections. You can find the FAQ notes about individual cards on the back page for easy access during play.
