The best negotiator will be the winner. GREETINGS: if you are tired of being locked up by the pandemic, I invite you to spend more time with your family, playing board games. This past year I invented and designed this board game called "Franchises the Game", made for entrepreneurs and those who like to negotiate with companies. The players will negotiate with each other the purchase and sale of Franchise type companies to obtain millionaire profits. If you buy four equal companies, you form a Franchise. Players can sell, rent, mortgage, transfer, trade their properties with other players. The best negotiator will be the winner. HOW IT WORKS: Within this game, participants will travel the board, square by square, visiting shops and businesses on their way. If a company without an owner is visited, the player can buy it from the Bank or continue his trip without obligation. If the store has an owner, the player is obliged as a customer to buy one of its products or services by paying a registered fee or consumption. To own a Franchise, each entrepreneur must acquire four equal companies. When a business is purchased, the Bank is paid the amount indicated in the box and the Bank will deliver the Title Deed to the new owner. Players can sell, rent, mortgage, transfer, trade their properties with other players. When the player owns the entire franchise, he is called a Franchisor. If a player is interested in hiring a Franchise, the Franchisor will sublease the rights of the company from him, charging a fee for the commercial rights to the entrepreneur (who would be called a Franchisee).
