Description
Roll the dice and turn over your number card corresponding to the rolls of the dice as fast as you can. If your number card is already turned over your neighbors can use your roll. Whoever turns over all of their 10 number cards first yells out "Friendly Neighbor!"
The two people with the lowest scores at each table rotate to the next table. It's fast fun where you meet new friends each round. Whether you rotate tables or remain in place - everyone is a Friendly Neighbor in this game!
