This first set in the Fundamentals of Heraldry series of flash cards will help to introduce new students of heraldry to the very basics of this wonderful diverse art form. The concepts covered by the cards in this set are the foundations on which heraldry is based.

This set covers Tinctures, Furs, Field Divisions, Ordinaries, Sub-Ordinaries, Lines of Partition, Field Treatments, Semé, and General Concepts.

Though this series of flash cards was created with the Society for Creative Anachronism in mind the Fundamentals of Heraldry flash cards can be enjoyed by anyone with an interest in historical heraldry as well.
