Gamma Lords

In a distant, fantastic future our world has been radically altered. Between this future and the mythic time of the Ancients, the Great Catastrophe destroyed the golden age of the past. No one quite knows what happened, but from the ruins of the old world rise an eclectic stew of human survivors, thinking plants, self-aware robots, adaptive mutants, and even weirder beings. These individuals band together in new Societies to struggle for survival against a world of scant resources, deadly monsters, and dastardly rivals. Whichever group of heroes rises to face the greatest challenges of the irradiated, warped new world will become the new Gamma Lords.

Players are leaders of coalitions of heroes called Societies seeking to establish their faction as the dominant order of a fantasy future. They'll do this by using their Heroes to complete Quests, fulfill their Destiny, and avoid contaminating Rads. But the fractured future is prone to time anomalies which imperfectly reset their world in Loops. It won't be real victory until the future is fixed, a future built on their Society's manifesto!
