Make an offer that would appeal to the current picker, but ultimatly be better for yourself. Make too good of an offer, and you'll lose out on those cards. Make a bad offer, and you're stuck with those cards instead. Finding an offer that works out for you in either situation is right where you want to land.
Each player will get to be the picker muliple times in a game. Keep in mind the cards you don't pick could benefit the other player a lot.
Sets and runs score point for each round. But if you use too high value cards to win, you may not get as good of victory points at the end.
Wild cards can be any number of that color and can even be 5 or 0. Switch cards allow you to rearange the cards in front of you.
Each card is duel purposed. The value point is represented by the number and is what wins you the round. The stars in the corner represent victory points, which ulimately win you the game.
