Description

Bored with Chess? Want to try a variant that brings something new to the table? Here is everything you need to play Hexagonal Chess, invented by Władysław Gliński in 1936 and still the best known version of Chess to be played on a hex-based board. Game set includes all the pieces (including the extra Bishops and Pawns) and a notated board, with hexes that measure 1.5" from side to side.

NOTE: Rules for play are no longer included. You may easily find rules for play on the web.

NOTE: Due to The Game Crafter discontinuing their boxes, this game is now published without a box.

  • This game does not come in a box.
  • This game contains laser cut components. Laser cut items will have a slight amount of soot around the edges, which can easily be wiped off; and will have a campfire smell for about a week after you open them.
