Highest Bidder: Porn Stars is a fun, casual card game for 2-5 players. Place secret bids across 5 rounds, on 14 unique porn star characters (7 male, 7 female). Each star is worth between 1 and 7 points and the goal is to hire the must valuable cast.

How to play

Players sort cards in their hand simultaneously, and at the count of three play one or more cards face down in a pile in front of them. This is known as your "bid pile". Your bid pile consists of a combination of numbered cards that add to your bid value, and text-based effect cards. You must decide if you should go all-in on the most valuable star of the round, or if you think you won't be able to win and and thus go for several lover-valued stars instead.

Once bids have been placed cards are flipped over and revealed one at a time around the table — whoever has the highest bid wins!

Strategic Decisions

It's sounds deceptively simple. However, while some of the cards simply add to your current bid value (Cash Cards), the text based cards (Effect Cards) change how a round plays out through programmed actions. Hilarious outcomes will ensue as cards begin to interact among the players in unexpected ways.

Because you cannot change the order of the cards in your bid pile after you have placed your bid, carefully choosing the order in which you keep cards before placing a bid is curcial. Try to come up with a winning strategy — combining cards in creative ways is great fun!

Some of the Effect Cards include:

• Draw a random card from the draw pile.
• Remove a card that has already been revealed by an opponent.
• Double the value of the porn star that you are currently bidding on.
• Swap your next card (before revealing it) with the top card of an opponent's bid pile — or the top cards of two opponents.
• And more!

Score Boards:

As an optional add-on this version of the game comes with individual score boards. These serve two main purposes:

1. Score Keeping: Rather than saving cards in front of your for score keeping, move a plastic cube on top of numbers on your board.
2. Perks: You start the game with 4 fun and strategic special abilities called "perks". These can be used once each during a single game. Perks include drawing extra cards to your hand, skipping a bid, and drawing a final card at random (good for settling tied bids or close calls).

4 score boards and 30 plastic cubes of 5 different colors are included with the game.

Highest Bidder: Porn Stars includes 14 individual characters (7 male, 7 female), beautifully illustrated by Instagram artist Reirotic. The score boards also have fun backstories printed on the back, for each of the 14 porn star characters in the game.
