Move your pawns around the circular track and also the central map so you can you buy stocks which then let you produce Commodities.
But look out for the Governors! They can imprison you and confiscate your goods.
Keep a Governor card and make that your sanctuary city. Use Insider cards to find out what Governors the other players control. Look out for Mutinies, Pirates, Typhoons and Double-Crosses!
