In Loving Memory is a roleplaying experience of a group of close friends remembering a deceased, fictional character.
Players must share stories of the departed that may be embarrassing, humorous, or shameful. After each memory is shared, one of the group members must summarize the memory in a positive light to form that back of their prayer card (So it looks nice for the people that didn't know them as well as you did).
The goal of the game is to laugh and bond over your false memories, and ends when there is no longer any space to write. At that time, read the prayer card in rememberance, and know that you were the ones who really knew them.
In addition to the card, you'll only need a pen (or a dry erase for replayability). A six-sided dice is optional if players need help coming up with prompts for their memories.
