Gain influence with the masses by bribing the Emperor to pass laws in your favour. Gamble on chariot races, strike corrupt deals, and avoid bankruptcy and exile by skillful management of your action cards.
Watch out for the unpredictable event cards that could destroy your plans, and travel the city to get the most influence among the different classes.
